The introduction
of dark chocolate bits in the cheese was kinda odd at first but once we get over the surprise, we start to enjoy this new taste and find that it actually fits.
I topped it with a little bit
of dark chocolate bits (cacao nibs is another great choice).

Of course, I wouldn't be me, and you probably wouldn't be here, if I didn't admit that my favourite thing to do with these muffins is to warm them up and break
bits off, topping each
bite - sized piece with a
dark chocolate chip.
That's why we needed to up our game and make a trail mix with the proper ratio
of dark chocolate to trail mix for those times when there just aren't enough chocolaty
bits to go around.
Follow everything in this recipe until the very end: instead
of coconut flour and
dark chocolate chips, add the same amount of Raw Cacao Powder (plus a little almond meal to thicken it up a bit) and White Chocola

The
chocolate chip cookie layer
of these cookies are a little
bit darker than usual because I used a mixture
of all - purpose flour and bread flour for a chewier crumb.
These Gluten - Free Peanut Butter Cookies with
Dark Chocolate Drizzle remind me
of peanut butter kiss cookies, just a little
bit more grown up.
You can use either zero - calorie syrup,
chocolate sauce, a
bit of melted
dark chocolate or just some date syrup like I did here:)

Each
bite is bursting with rich,
dark chocolate chips, and the combination
of it all is a total cookie dream.
If you like the taste
of dark chocolate like me, the amount
of honey added is perfect, but my husband preferred a little
bit more honey in it for added sweetness.
If you can't imagine a dessert without
chocolate, you could add a few
dark chocolate chips if you'd like, or top with a
bit of sea salt if you prefer the sweet / salty combination.
Now, one more thing before I go and let you get your

A little
bit of chopped
dark chocolate makes these bars taste like a real treat, and some mineral - rich Anthony's coconut sugar adds just the right touch

I made this again — but this time for the filling I used
dark chocolate (no dairy), frozen blueberries, and a little
bit of honey.

Dark Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookies for that replenishing burst
of energy.
The
dark chocolate is a
bit of a decadent touch.
I reduced the sugar a
bit and added 1 square (20 - 25g)
of dark chocolate!
Nibble on a
bit of dark chocolate when you get a craving, or as a dessert after a meal.
I also added a little
bit of unsweetened coconut flakes, because I can't get enough, and some
dark chocolate chips, because I know that I won't eat an energy bar without
chocolate.
my batter came out a
bit stiff because i melted the
dark chocolate instead
of chopping it and they came out more «fluffy» and it was soooo good!
They're a
bit darker than semi-sweet chips and their shape is perfect for cookie baking — the chips aren't as tall as regular
chocolate chips and the base is a
bit wider, meaning they bake into melting pools
of chocolate in your favorite cookie.

I combine the melted
dark chocolate with the mashed avocado and then add a few droppers full
of liquid stevia, raw cacao powder, and a little
