Nevertheless, further studies are needed to examine the effects
of dark chocolate on feelings of fullness.
In the first study to examine the effects
of dark chocolate on various types of stomach bacteria, researchers at Louisiana State University recently discovered that the healthy, «good» microbes in the gut — such as bifidobacterium and lactic acid — feast on dark chocolate, producing anti-inflammatory compounds as a result.
Here are the five greatest reasons why you should consume moderate amounts
of dark chocolate on a daily basis:
I always have bars
of dark chocolate on hand and often nibble on them whenever I need a little boost.
In a large pot melt the coconut oil, coconut sugar and 200g
of dark chocolate on a low heat until melted.

of dark chocolate.

on the wallet and often means an extra trip to the grocery store.

There are many good brands
of dark semi sweet and bittersweet
chocolate on the market, both foreign and domestic.
I tend to use what I have
on hand and, the first time I made this champurrado, I used a
dark chocolate orange (http://www.traderjoes.com/fearless-flyer/article/2726) instead
of bittersweet
chocolate and, I have got to say, the flavor combination was absolutely dynamite!
