A few neglected bars
of dark chocolate, a bag
of coconut, and a bundle
of overripe bananas yielded this recipe discovery that Scott, and every person I have shared a few with this past week, has been freaking out
over.
Put a saucepan on boil with a heatproof bowl
over the top
of it (not touching the water) and place your chopped
dark chocolate in the bowl to melt
over low / medium heat.
Melt the
dark chocolate in a bowl
over a pot
of hot water (not letting the bowl
of chocolate touch the water) or use the microwave.
A pinch
of fleur de sel
over top highlights the caramel notes in the white
chocolate and the fruitiness in the
dark chocolate.
Grate some
dark chocolate on top, think here
chocolate sprinkles dusting and then if you want to turn this into a dessert drizzle
over some
of the vividly coloured blackberry sauce.
