Nuts, fruit, hummus, nut butters, Lara bars,
Square protein bars, dried fruit, toast, granola,
dark chocolate, cookies, and Sour Patch Kids are just some
of my favorites.
I usually keep a bar
of dark chocolate on my desk and eat one
square each day.
