Luckily, Mama Pea was inspired by my peanut butter
dessert hummus to make a raw version
of Jessica's recipe (are you following?).
I never thought
of hummus as a
dessert item until I came across brownie batter
hummus at my grocery store.
As I began to make different batches
of zucchini
hummus to test out other flavor combinations, I realized the texture was extremely similar to a
dessert weakness
of mine...
I've spoken
of this product before in my Easy Vegan Superfood Hot Chocolate, Holiday Cocoa Cherry Protein Fudge (gf) and my Healthy Chocolate
Dessert Hummus (low - fat, avocado - free), but I can't get enough
of it!
Breakfast: Smoothie made with spinach, avocado, blueberries and nut milk Lunch: Veggie chili Snack: Carrots with
hummus Dinner: Burger wrapped in Swiss chard, with sides
of quinoa and steamed broccoli
Dessert: Chia pudding
Carrots and
hummus were my
dessert of choice on my sweetener - free challenge.
I prepared a lot
of vegan food — traditional + basil
hummus, whole wheat focaccia, baked carrots and chickpeas with chermoula, black kale with white beans, walnuts and balsamic reduction and an asparagus frittata — but the favorite was the
dessert, so it's time to share its recipe.
Not wanting to be the bearer
of another sugary
dessert, I decided to make
hummus with a plentiful assortment
of raw vegetables (which we all need to eat more
of).
I recently tried to make my own vegan «
dessert»
hummus - so i had extra cans
of chickpeas.

of various kinds ~ whole fruit ~ some type
of veggie which he may or may not pack some sort
of dip like
hummus ~ possibly a hard boiled egg or some deviled eggs if I made any over the weekend ~ some sort
of dessert of something I have baked ~ juice or a V8 thingy

Dessert: Here is where I ruined my eating: (Shredded coconut with carob, honey and coconut oil Calories: 2500 Day # 13 Workout: All exercises were 3 sets Smith Machine Squats 15 reps 10 lbs superset with 15 Pulldowns with 80 lbs.

dessert hummus to pair with an assortment
of fruit to keep my chocolate fix and my sugar levels in check!
Tahini is a key ingredient in making homemade
hummus and it's also great as a salad dressing and is the foundation
of my favorite healthy
dessert!
So, I finally had to try making a batch
of «
dessert hummus» and decided on chocolate.
So I'm not on the
dessert hummus train yet (forgive me), but I did just buy a giant tub
of hummus so I can have snack lunches all week.
