We've been using both brands in our house to replace our
protein powder (and trying out
different hemp
proteins since we had never tried them before) and have been really pleased with the taste and texture
of both brands.
If your workouts are nothing less than brutal and you hit the gym more than 4 times per week, you should strive to consume around 1.5 grams
of protein per pound
of bodyweight, while making sure to include as many

protein sources as possible, such as grass - feed beef, wild fish, dairy products, eggs and beans, and always have your

of micronutrients from greens - so don't just put only spinach in your smoothie every day, got ta mix it up!).
