I like to add my fruit in with the
dry ingredients to give them a dusting
of powder, which keeps them

The easy ones and lecithin can generally be squeezed out
of gelcaps, but if you try to use the
dry ingredients from supplement capsules there may be various fillers etc in there which you don't want — read the other
ingredients label & figure one
