So... I changed this recipe up by cutting out the nuts / olive oil and adding in instead 1/4 cup of hemp seeds, 2 Tablespoons H2O and instead of the salt, used 1 Tablespoon
of Dulse flakes.
Still can do back - up analysis when helping non-profits with grants and put my hands flat on the mat and touch my toes when I'm on my trampoline, have chlorine filter on shower and use Pur filter or use distilled water with
tablespoon of dulse blended with a cup of water and then added to the gallon of distilled to drink on and off all day.
