For his biceps and triceps, he starts by doing 4 sets of 12 reps of preacher curls, then the same amount

In some
dumbbell exercises, like chest flyes or
bicep curls, the resistance changes significantly through the range
of motion based on the
dumbbells relation to gravity.
And this new piece

biceps from START to FINISH than standard

of barbell,

curls should be enough to effectively develop the
biceps.
