smoothies by adding a ProYo tube to the blender with frozen fruit, water, and a spoonful for cashew butter — so
easy, yet perfect way to kick off the morning duties!

Smoothies are amazing in that they allow us to get plenty
of fruits and veggies in a fast and
easy format.
Our
easy to use one - by - one droplet system also lets you control exactly how much
of your favourite flavour you add to
smoothies, powders, coffees and everything in - between.

of my go to
easy, out the door breakfasts are Overnight Oats, toast with PB and Bananas, and a
smoothie.

The advantage
of fat bomb
smoothies compared to normal fat bombs is that they are
easy to make, basically all you do is put all ingredients in a mixer for a minute or two and then it is done.
But if you're not a fan
of baking / making
smoothies etc. than you can actually buy capsules which is so much
easier.

Smoothie making definitely got a little
easier after the addition
of our Blendtec blender, but I'll be honest, we were making
