I don't know anyone who got fat from eating too many apples either, but I'm generally a fan of erring on the side
of eating less sugar.
Must try that as I usually find cake too sweet these days (downside
of eating less sugar... everything sweet just tastes too sweet now!)

of health concerns, but also because they have
less time to sit down in the mornings and
