right when you say a few supplementary bells and whistles on html will be necessary for complete

The best example
of fixed

I stopped buying Hachette books about three years ago, as a result
of what I considered egregious overpricing
of backlist by a favourite author and a rather frustrating refusal to publish an author I liked in
ebook format in my region (they owned the
rights to
ebook publishing in the region and choose not publish).
Since this seems such a hot topic, and since a lot
of people seem to come to this blog for that tutorial in particular, I have set up a box in the upper
right hand corner that links directly to the tutorial, because with new posts pushing the
eBook formatting series further and further back, it actually became a little tedious to locate.
I will add that the more these details — such as
formatting text, proofreading, and presentation
of graphics — are done
right, the greater the impact
of the
eBook will be.
It's clear that, at the
right price, the
ebook format serves a certain percentage
of readers well.
