of ectomorph.
On your website you speak of your battle with overcoming the plague
of the ectomorph - or the hardgainer.
Or am I a combination
of ectomorph and mesomorph?
If for example you are an endomorph, you will never have the same thin body
of an ectomorph and this should not be your goal.
You could have some traits
of an ectomorph too, but you are more like the mesomorph body type.
Also, is it possible to be a mix
of an ectomorph and endomorph?

Ectomorph should take about 25 calories or higher, per pound
of body weight to take the body in an anabolic state.
In order for the body to grow, calories must exceed that which are burned in the course
of daily activities, and
ectomorphs have unusually fast metabolisms.
While the rest
of the world runs away from those delicious carbs like they're the root
of all evil,
ectomorphs get to eat A LOT
of them.
It's advisable for
ectomorphs who seek extra muscular size to spread 5 - 7 meals out evenly throughout the day instead
of eating 2 - 3 meals per day.
Even though
ectomorphs, with their delicate bone structure and stringy muscles, don't possess a great deal
of strength and power in general, these men can train to be strong and significantly improve their endurance, and this should be their main goal.
The goal is to trigger muscle growth as a by - product
of strength gains, instead
of doing tons
of high rep, high volume exercises that have proven to be terribly ineffective for
ectomorphs.
And since
ectomorphs have a naturally higher tendency to burn muscle as fuel, getting enough rest is a crucial part
of their bulking process.

of you who are naturally skinny and have a super fast metabolism.

of them are also

I just have a few things i need to get clarified: I'm quite young, 15, and in between a mesomorph and an
