and the provision
of targeted professional
learning.
All teachers were evaluated by five structured classroom observations aligned to the district's
Teaching and Learning Framework, which defined domains
of effective instruction, such as leading well - organized, objective - driven lessons; checking for student understanding; explaining content clearly;
and maximizing instructional time.
But how to use this data to improve
teaching and learning — how to make it less overwhelming, more useful,

and it should actively involve all stakeholders in collectively constructing
and re-constructing a shared vision
