I've been whipping up tons
of egg salad, loading up on mayonnaise whenever I make sandwiches, have a strong hankering for salad olivieh (Persian potato salad) that I can't seem to shake, and I recently made a giant batch
of this
curried chicken salad.
This untraditional spin on Thai red
curry features spiralized butternut squash noodles in a cup -
of - noodles - style mason jar soup, but you could also use spiralized sweet potatoes or fresh
egg noodles.
I had a super random breakfast but very tasty
of poached
eggs and left over veggie
