i do a lot
of excersise i usually do aerobics about 4 times a week which are quite high impact workouts, then i also walk a lot as well on days i do not workout.

excersise deal is good if your a endomorph like him I do each part once a week just doing rows leaves me with not much soreness or feel.
i hcve 2 leg days one is squats sets
of 20 down to 12 my goal is 6 to 8 sets till failure then leg press 20 to 40 rep sets 6sets then ham curls 10 to 15 reps 6 sets my next leg day is leg press or the icariann plate loaded leg press i do 50 to 60 rep sets with different foot positions every 15 reps, then 1 leg presses rest pause sets
of ten only 10 seconds rest at this point i quit counting just go go, this leg press session is a half - hour not much rest and no knee pain I'm not going heavy it compliments my heavy squat day my other parts are done in similar fashion, i don't consider this a heavy light split, its more

yea i was thinking a lot about that, in 2 weeks i will ramp up on barbell bench to 5 reps I'm kind
of scared, it is a different
excersise and i don't want to mess my pec up, btw i will post on my Facebook soon as i get 90s for 50 or if i can figure how to upload to u tube, il say this though for some reason i notice others on here have been making progress on adding reps and weight, not at my pace but still impressive, when i used to do low reps, progress was slow as snails, the only complaint i have with the high rep benching is that after 2 sets like with 85 or even when i was a t 70 lbs to keep doing sets over 20 taxes my shoulders, this is why i do 2 sets now and go to inclines and anyway I'm trying to build the upper area anyway.
(but I don't do the same
excersise everyday) I have been doing hip thrust on 115 lbs 10 reps 3 to 4 sets.and my dead lifts are 120 5 sets
of 10 reps Squats are my week points so I try to do at least 4 sets oof 12 reps between 70 to 85 lbs.
To me wide grip pull ups always cause more harm than gain — I cant count how many times this one
excersise caused lateral epicondylitis in one
of my elbows (aka tennis elbow) Now I tend to avoid wide grips — I perform neutral grip pull ups (wide and medium width) and it seems it works best for me.

of time and not eat carbs but how will I be able to continue improving my bum if I need to cut out specific
excersises which are aimed at buttocks (that mostly involved legs — squats eg) x
I hope the combination
