I know I and the people in my neighborhood and all the others like us across the country are all part of the problem, but we can't help make these
kinds of failing school district better by sending our children to them even if we wanted to, because we'd have to risk our children's futures to do it.
But I strongly suspect that the experiment will fall flat, at least most of the time, at least when it comes to turning around failing schools and / or forcing significant reform on the
part of failing school districts.
