One
of my favorite trends for
fall 2017 is dark
florals.
Embellished with butterfly and
floral patterns designed by London - based installation artist Rebecca L. Law, the Sophia Webster shoes for
fall 2016 feature everything from chunky ankle boots to lace - up booties, from slippers to high - heeled sandals, the latter
of which definitely landed in the spotlight.
And right now I am really loving black
floral prints for
fall and winter (and because I love anything that reminds me
of 90's grunge!).
Then I rummaged around my
fall decor stuff and found that I had a lot
of old faux foliage I could use instead
of buying new (whenever I stop using a faux
floral arrangement I save pieces
of it that I might be able to re-use).
Shirred around a banded waist to create a feminine fit and flare silhouette, this long sleeve dress from Philosophy boasts a bouquet
of floral embroidery that feels fabulously fresh for
fall.
Sporting three
of our favorite
fall trends (dark
floral prints, hand - cage jewels and exposed roots) Dianna is edgy yet elegant in Carolina Herrera at the House
of Herrera gala in Mexico City.
I did add this distressed black with cream stripe that also ties into my
floral pillow nicely and helped to add a pop
of black to further warm up my
fall pillow palette.
If you are going to use a
floral in the
fall this is the one because it's a beautiful neutral
floral with a hint
of blue gray.
The equivalent
of spring
florals is plaid for
fall.
So, how could I know that Jason Wu presented a warrior inspired collection, that Tashadi Shoji presented a fabulous colorful,
floral and luxurious collection that I am obsessed with now, that The Man Repeller won «Blogger
of the Year» at the Blog Lovin» Awards or that Kate Spade is winner
of Style Coalition's Fashion 2.0 Award for «Best Innovator» and officially now has convinced me to cover my body with polka - dot prints this

Today yet another
of the
floral fabulous outfits, which happens to combine some
of the
Fall 2017 trends,
floral and thigh high boots.
Here's a perfect example
of a
floral dress styled for summer and
fall.
You've probably already noticed a lot
of girls wearing pretty
floral crowns over the summer, but the
fall trend will be a bit more antique inspired, with bronze jewels and fairy - esc details.
But the most special touch were these foraged
fall posy bouquets created with a combination
of fresh and dried
florals, wrapped with a leather band that my good friend Brandy calligraphed «gather» and «grateful» on.
