This is a lovely
fall soup: creamy and delicious (not to mention colorful and full
of antioxidants!)
This
soup definitely benefited from additional salt too — if you feel it's «tasteless» and
falling a bit flat hit it with another 1/2 teaspoon or so
of salt until you get it to tasty.
I'm tired
of summer food now and so ready for all the
fall goodies — pumpkin, apples,
