of us have taken a trip or two to shame, guilt, and all - around
icky feelings after enjoying a meal; however, guilt is not welcome anywhere near our plates, forks, spoons, or knives.
Because I have a Leukaemia related condition I do try to eat well, and my cocktail
of drugs does sometimes cause me to
