Even though it kind
of feels like Winter here in Virginia today, over the weekend we were still experiencing some lovely Fall weather.
Not exact matches
Heaps
of snow, minimal sunlight, gusty winds that make you
feel like you might as well be at the North Pole... these are some
of the reasons we dread
winter, or at least its length.
But sometimes, especially on the cold nights
of winter, I
like to set aside my highest intentions and simply burrow into a good book that
feels as cozy and satisfying as a freshly laundered quilt.
Well, it may provide some
of us with a
feeling of God -
like omnipotence to feed the birds in
