While I really love the crunch
of fig seeds, I am not so fond of the pomegranate seeds, at least not in a jam.

Drain the
figs, reserve about 1/3
of them, chop and combine the rest with the beans, dates, cocoa powder, coconut oil, chia
seeds, vanilla extract and salt in a food processor.
Give your bread new varieties by adding walnuts, dried tomatoes, olives, sesame
seeds, pine nuts or a mixture
of nuts, oats and raisins, dried
figs, small chunks
of bacon, etc..
I grabbed a my Ziploc and tossed in raw hazelnuts, chopped
figs and dates, chia
seeds, chunks
of dark chocolate, puffed rice cereal, and a dusting
of raw cocoa powder to lightly coat everything.

Mix the almonds with the
figs, the ground cloves, the sesame
seeds, anise
seeds and a dash
of cinnamon, to taste.
I cooked the
figs down with a little water and 1 tbsp
of chia
seeds to make a lovely healthy jam.

of lusciously sweet and summery
figs that have a chewy flesh, smooth skin and crunchy
seeded centre?
I always have dried
figs on hand as my husband uses them as fuel for long bike rides, so I decided to make my crisps with
figs, toasted walnuts, a variety
of seeds and just a little rosemary.
And though you may have the slightest texture
of small tiny

I will say you can often notice a slight texture
of the tiny blended in
fig seeds, but overall it's still a pretty creamy pudding.
The berries have tiny
seeds, sort
of like
figs, that can give a new and interesting texture to your smoothie or soup (source).
Hi Alex loved the recipe idea used 1 cup
of almonds and 1cup ofwalnuts instead
of pecans added linseed, sunflower
seeds pumpkin
seeds and unsweetened coconut flakes to make up the bulk
of the nuts and 1 cup
of dates + half a cup
of dried
figs all other ingredients & measurements were the same just out
of the oven haven't tasted them yet hope they are as nice as yours seem 2b Alex

Cooking vegan is always a fun challenge, because even though so many foods I normally cook with are off - limits it makes me think
of interesting ways to include foods like protein - rich quinoa and hemp
seeds, how to use fresh herbs effectively with spices, and got me totally excited to make a
fig puree.

I'm totally on a chia
seed and

For me it is a bit

figs, dates, collard greens, spinach, halibut, shrimp, avocado, parsley, beans, dandelion greens, mineral water, and garlic.
Instead they consume most
of their calcium from plant foods like dark green vegetables,
figs,
seeds, almonds, tofu and white beans.
