The installation at the Amul Dairy represents a step change for the company and the Indian dairy industry by improving productivity while promising to change the image
of flavoured milk, drinking yoghurt and milk shakes with young consumers.
According to Want Want, sample trials have been warmly received by consumers — parents reassured of the health benefits because the product is literally their trusted brand

I thought you had a load
of flavoured non-dairy
milks stateside?
I wasn't a big fan
of dairy drinks as a child, but did enjoy the occasional
flavoured milk.
The most common sources
of total sugar were fruit products and dishes (16 %), soft drinks &
flavoured mineral waters (9.7 %), dairy &
milk (8.1 %) and fruit & vegetable juices and drinks (7.5 %).
I used coconut
milk for the creaminess here and the coconut
flavour wasn't too strong for me when combined with plenty
of garlic, earthy leeks and spinach as well as a good dose
of nutritional yeast, but if you're not a fan then you could swap in any other non-dairy cream (soy, coconut etc - there are various available commercially these days).

of frying up some shallots (or onions) in coconut oil, adding the spices then whatever vegetables you fancy along with some water, coconut

This smoothie incorporates homemade almond
milk and a dash
of almond extract to bring out the

But to give a nice Indian twist, instead
of adding the vanilla essence, I used badam
milk essence, which gives the cake a nice
flavour and colour.

milk in an apricot clafoutis and the taste was really different (but I guess apricots have also a slight almondy
flavour...).
Love the idea
of using goats
milk in this for that little extra dimension
of flavour.
It has a different set
of flavours — lemongrass, ginger and lime add freshness and the coconut
milk adds a rich and creamy touch.
One
of my favourite
milks is almond as I like it's fairly neutral
flavour and works well when baking both sweet and savoury dishes.

I love dark chocolate but as I know that some
of you enjoy as well chocolate with
