The mix
of frozen banana,
peanut butter and brown rice milk give it a wonderful sweetness and milkshake like consistency, while the hemp seeds boost your protein intake and the spinach gives you a great portion
of leafy greens.
It's just a few ingredients but they all serve a purpose — a big serving
of baby spinach so your smoothie is packed with vitamins, a
frozen banana to add some sweetness and make it nice and creamy, milk, and
peanut butter.
I don't measure anything, but rough estimates are half an orange, half a cup
of frozen Wild Blueberries, small handful
of frozen cherries and
frozen cauliflower, a big medjool date,
frozen spinach, about a tablespoon
of peanut butter, a teaspoon
of hemp seeds, a collard green, a few slices
of zucchini, a celery stalk, sprinkle
of cinnamon, and almond milk to blend.
It just amazes me how you can turn just about any type
of frozen fruit into a yummy summer treat without any added sugar — even chocolate
peanut butter «ice cream» using
frozen bananas!

of frozen bananas (seriously, 3 simple and healthy ingredients!)

After the ice cream turns thicken and creamy like half - stiffens, add tablespoonful
of peanut butter or Nutella or both one at a time until bits and pieces
