The only way to make it any better was to slather a thin layer
of fresh butter over the top of a thick slice and eat it slowly, savoring every bite like it was my last.
If the butter in the pan has become burnt through the browning of the meatballs, remove and discard it, and add 6 Tbsp
of fresh butter to the pan.
Doing it that way I just leave the last bits
of the fresh butter in the food processor and add the other ingredients in.
Serve with big chunks
