The perfect
brownies for me would be a
fudgy version with nothing else but the taste
of rich dark chocolate with luxuriant cream cheese swirled in the middle.
Most
brownies, especially when you're trying to achieve that super
fudgy texture, use at least 1/2 cup
of butter or oil.
* When checking for doneness, insert a toothpick into the middle
of the pan and when it comes out with
fudgy crumbs, remove the pan immediately, if the toothpick comes out clean, the
brownie is overcooked

The original recipe comes from an old Hershey's cookbook for
fudgy brownies but after a few tweaks I turned them into irresistible double chocolate cookies packed with 1 cup
of Reese's pieces.
