So people who've played Blast Corps will know what to expect - for the first hour or so it's pretty tough, but once you get past that there are all sorts
of gameplay gimmicks to enjoy, and if you really want to hone your skill in that game you can spend forever digging into it.
Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs is essentially a string
of gameplay gimmicks and mini-games, but in a combination and pace that feels fresh and energetic.

gameplay convenience instead
of cheap
gimmicks.
The
gameplay is fun and free
of any major issues, the game does look pretty great visually and sounds even better, and the hacking
gimmick is unique, but it's just hard to buy into Aiden's motivations for doing what he does, and the story doesn't really hit any sort
of stride until nearly midway through the game.
On the bright side, the core
gameplay still provides some decent fun, with players able to pick from a massive selection
of WWE's wrestlers — from main eventers like Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho to jobbers like Zack Ryder and everyone in between — and can take part in a variety
of matches, with each wrestler's movesets and the
gimmicks of the matches all in place.
The music
of the very cleverly designed Lanayru Mining Facility mimics its major
gameplay gimmick — when Link moves a timestone onto a designated pedestal and sends an entire room back to more colourful, more productive days, the music takes on a richly layered character that you can listen to here.
With its clever level design, high speed
gameplay, and awesome explosion
gimmick, Split / Second shows a ton
of potential.
Unlike what you saw in Assassin's Creed III, upgrades for your ships have now become an important part
of the
gameplay instead
of being a
gimmick for the fashion - inclined, so be prepared to go a long distance with the game.
Sure there's still no Virtual Console and the online features can be shoddy, but still, the beauty
of the Switch is in its simplicity whereas there are no
gimmicks, no pandering, and, just as the GameCube before it, it's all about fun
gameplay through amazing experiences.
Along with these features, many
of the levels themselves introduce their own one - off

Get a fighting game but it annoyingly full
of lots

of just great smooth
