I always find the American
idea of girl scout cookies strange because we used to sell Girl Guide biscuits when I was a kid and there was just one type of biscuit and it was very very plain.
Meal planning and not having to think each night what am I going to eat (which would often lead to
dinners of girl scout cookies and wine) was a game changer for me.
I have seen other home
versions of girl scout cookies (non Paleo) that call for putting the dough into parchment paper and shaping it into a log that is 1.5 ″ diameter, freezing, and then cutting (approximately» 1/4 ″ slices.
Any hints or help from others with a similar shape or is there some seriously awesome alternative that I don't know about where magic elves make you perfect jeans overnight if you leave out the right
kind of girl scout cookies?
