I've tried a number
of gnocchi recipes before and while they were fine, but just, fine.
Not exact matches
One
of the
recipes that came to mind was ThePPK's pesto soup with
gnocchi, beans, and greens — something I have been eyeballing for a while but hesitant to try.
This
recipe for Simple Spinach and Ricotta
Gnocchi is a little different than some
of the more traditional Italian dishes you may enjoy, but there's always room to add something new to the mix.
I followed the
recipe exactly but 12 oz
of gluten free
gnocchi (Caesars brand) kudos to reviewer «Sarah» who says to sauté the extra chard stems in garlic n olive oil then add some water and cover to cook.
This
recipe is actually «plain»
gnocchi with a pumpkin sauce — but
gnocchi made out
of pumpkin sounds incredible and something I need to try!
So often, soups don't have enough «stuff» in them for my liking, but this one has LOTS
of gnocchi - my favorite pasta ever - so I'm definitely making this
recipe often!
I am a big fan
of any minestrone
recipe, and I feel like I have been making
recipes with
gnocchi left and right lately.
This looks delish, and I'd be tempted to try to make my own
gnocchi (though
of course that makes it slightly less convenient)- I've seen lots
of interesting
gnocchi recipes lately, with ingredients like sweet potato, spinach, ricotta and even eggplant!

recipe challenge, because I have tried to create gluten free
gnocchi before, and failed miserably every time — that's why all
of my previous
gnocchi posts are sadly not GF.

To make potato
gnocchi with matcha: This is a one pound
recipe that was about 4 portions (about the size
of one fist).
The book's
recipe is a ricotta style
gnocchi, which I thought was too heavy for the delicate green flavor
of matcha.

of any kind because it's tossed together with fresh tender asparagus, peas, parmesan cheese, lemon zest and olive oil and it pairs perfectly with the soft and crispy bite
of the pan-fried
gnocchi.
This super simple

gnocchi.
Alternate
recipe - I'm confident you could do this preparation with

This
recipe is a rather special one because I specifically created it for my very first cooking workshop that is happening in March with one
of my favorite bloggers / people on earth (who by the way, unabashedly ate gummy egg free sweet potato
gnocchi with me during one
of our trial runs).
The hardest part
of making
gnocchi is rolling the dough out, but his method bypasses this step altogether — the dough has much less flour than most
recipes.
Some
of my family's favorite
recipes, like this Tuscan Ravioli Soup, or this Cheesy Sausage and
Gnocchi Skillet, are made with Johnsonville sausage!
Gnocchi's are a personal favorite
of mine, and I'm a sucker for cream sauce, so this is one
of my favorite
recipes.
I'm just gonna go ahead and say it — my version
of Olive Garden Chicken and
Gnocchi Soup
Recipe is better than going to the restaurant to grab a bowl.
Next, I cook double batches
of staples that are easy to freeze — spaghetti sauce, ricotta
gnocchi (it sounds complicated, but Food52's
recipe is easier than making cookies), lentil shepherd's pie, or mac «n cheese.
