This was a great recipe challenge, because I have tried to create gluten free gnocchi before, and failed miserably every time — that's why all of my previous gnocchi posts are sadly not GF.

To make potato gnocchi with matcha: This is a one pound recipe that was about 4 portions (about the size of one fist).
The book's recipe is a ricotta style gnocchi, which I thought was too heavy for the delicate green flavor of matcha.
