on our minds and revel in all the promise this century has to offer so our children's children's children will look back in pride an see we did what we did for them and there posterity.
However, such a tangible measure, borne
of respect for human dignity and concern for the public
good, would help greatly in stimulating the American
conscience on a matter that presently struggles to hold its attention.
But once this simple removal
of our own
consciences from the sphere
of judgment has been shaken, once we see the conflict between
good and evil in its true depth in every human heart, a deeper view
