grains are not.
That way I can use the same weight
of grain as you are using
flour.

I halved the recipe for my first go and used a 10 -
grain flour in place
of ww
flour (buckweat, oat, rye, spelt, quinoa, chickpea etc) and they turned out wonderfully.
Almond
flour is used so there's no
grains involved, but you still get the classic feel and texture
of a muffin.

Flour to keep it

of the recipes you will find here are healthier alternatives to overly sweet treats and use natural sweeteners, superfoods and whole

So for this recipe I just substituted 2 cups
of the King Arthur gluten free whole
grain flour blend for the 2 cups
of regular
flour and they were fantastic.
