This is the first
of four nut
free paleo baking recipes that I'll be sharing over the next couple
of weeks — and three
of those recipes feature cassava
flour — a
grain free and nut
free flour made from cassava root.
Coconut
flour and almond meal combine to keep this
grain free, and stevia takes the place
of sugar.
Instead
of gluten, I worked with a completely
grain -
free, paleo - friendly
flour that behaves just like all purpose
flour in this recipe.
Whole
Grain Blueberry Citrus Muffins are also gluten -
free thanks to the use
of the wonderfully nutty and nutritious buckwheat
flour (not related to regular wheat at all), and they're also easy to make.

Flour to keep it

free and pairs perfectly with our Perfect Prime Rib Au Jus.
So for this recipe I just substituted 2 cups

free pizza on the blog (18 in total, to be exact), but I selected just two for this roundup: yeast
free gluten
free pizza, which can be made at the last minute, with or without my gluten
free bread
flour blend, and
grain free zucchini pizza.
I replaced the 1/4 cup
of all - purpose
flour with cocoa powder, making these brownies completely
grain -
free!
I tend to mix a large batch
of gluten
free whole
grain flours vs simple white...
And, on the subject
of the 2 loaves comment, I'd just like to let out a second hallelujah for coconut and tapioca
flours being two
of the most affordable
grain free flours to bake with.
