I used melted coconut oil
instead of grape seed oil as I didn't have any, and they only made 9 cupcake sized muffins BUT otherwise a huge success everyone loved them!
I used maple syrup instead of agave, coconut oil

I tried this recipe this morning with a couple of alterations of coconut oil instead

I made a modified version of Elana's Pantry tart crust using bacon drippings instead
