of course, carne would just be meat, not chili.
We use lots
of different brands for these, amazon is a
great place for vanilla
powder and for oats I tend to use own brand supermarket x

These kind
of fruit and veggie smoothies are
great and you can add protein to them by adding things like hemp
powder or pea / rice protein
powder as well as chia seeds and flax seeds.
I used buckwheat instead
of brown rice flour, and we didn't have baking
powder / bicarb but the cookies still turned out
great!

great alternative, and it's sweetened with maple syrup and made with cinnamon, turmeric, maca
powder, cacao, vanilla bean, and a milk

of almond & coconut milk on one
of my many attempts at baking this, so i used 1/3 c water mixed with 1/3 scoop vanilla protein
powder and mixed it in a shaker bottle to make my own «vanilla milk»... it worked
great!
Not to mention 9 grams
of healthy fat from organic coconut milk

If you are an athlete and want to increase your protein intake even further, 2 tablespoons
of brown rice protein
powder would also be
great as an add - in.
I added a couple
of ingredients (Tamari soy sauce and garlic
powder) when making this the second time around and it turned out
great!
I omitted the cocoa
powder and just used 1.5 more tablespoons
of coconut flour and they turned out
great.
These bars are
great for when you need a solid boost
of energy because they use maca
powder, from the Peruvian tuber that's been used as a source
of vitality for thousands
of years.
The plan means primarily whole foods, which is
great, but it also means cutting out my bars and protein
powders, which are a pretty big chunk
