Most recipes call for a pound
of ground meat, but if you decide to use
turkey, you can expect to have an extra four ounces
on hand.
Most often, a couple
of tablespoons are sprinkled over
ground turkey or beef and a little bit
of vegetables (corn, diced tomatoes or bell peppers, some hidden mushrooms — whatever I have
on hand) for a quick taco dinner.

I am not a fan
