I'm sitting here thinking about what I want for dinner, and while I'll settle for a pound
of ground turkey with some spinach and carrots, these suckers look DELICIOUS!

I needed a recipe that was quick, easy and good for any day
of the week.It starts
with ground beef but you can also use
ground turkey.
I have cooked
with ground turkey quite a bit but it was usually in chili or tacos in place
of ground beef.
The only differences in mine are that I add some green onions and I use
ground turkey seasoned
with taco seasoning instead
of ground beef.

These Baked Mexican Meatballs are not only more wholesome, being made
with a lean
ground turkey, but are also full
of flavor.

of the usual Skillet Sweet Potato Hash that I make
with spinach and
ground turkey, I switched up the ingredients
with broccoli and onions.

of your choice but I wanted to share my taco tofu recipe that is great over nachos, in tacos or wherever you would traditionally use
ground beef / chicken or
turkey — great way to incorporate more plant based foods into you menu.
I also made amazing little meatballs
with some
of the
ground pork and
ground turkey and a special ingredient that was given to me.
That's why we are going
with the low - carb, high - protein flatbreads as well as
ground turkey for this recipe instead
of the traditional
ground beef.

I would say I hit this about 4 - 5 days a week, other days I may omit the snack or keep the snack and omit a meal, if i do that though I would add a bit
of protein
with it.
Simply replace some
of the
ground meat — beef, pork, chicken,
turkey —
with finely chopped cooked mushrooms, which blend in seamlessly.
These meatballs are made
with a combination
of lean
ground turkey and a bit
of ground pork.
Top the pizzas
with the sautéed spinach,
ground turkey and chopped tomatoes leaving a well in the middle
of each pizza for the egg.
I love that this lasagna is low carb yet substantial
with the addition
of ground turkey.
I also really like your idea
of bulking up the
ground turkey with the black beans.
