There were a couple
of handfuls of arugula left over from our meal of Baked Tilapia with Arugula & Walnut Pesto and Toasted Breadcrumbs that needed to be used.

On Sundays, I'd typically make a big batch
of farro, toss it with a Greek - style chopped salad, throw a
handful of arugula on top, and divvy it up into five to - go containers for lunch.
Let stand for a few minutes, then add a few
handfuls of baby

of tuna and avocado.
Grab 2 plates & lay a few

The pain
of spending $ 2.50 on a

It's easy to transform charred chicken thighs into a meal: Just throw on a

I threw in two
handfuls of arugula and wilted a bit in the pan just before serving, then no need for separate salad.

of the roasted tomatoes and a bit
of their liquid over the eggs, and serve with a small

arugula in two bowls and lightly toss with a small drizzle
of cold pressed flax oil.
Put a big
handful of arugula in the center.

arugula * seeds / arils from 1/2 pomegranate * 1 avocado, sliced * 2 - 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley * 1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled - optional * coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
All they really need is a dollop
of ketchup or a
handful of arugula, though it's also fun to dress them up with Tuscan flavors — eggplant, pesto, tomato — as I do here.
Top with a
handful of arugula, sprinkle some toasted pine nuts on top and drizzle some honey over the pizza.
To assemble each salad add a few
handfuls of arugula to a plate, top with a
handful of blueberries, crumbled «feta» & the grilled shrimp / watermelon.
