of happy eating and exploring London, as we haven't been in quite a few years.

Ask anyone who grew up
eating McDonald's and they can instantly tell you what the most coveted
Happy Meal toy
of their generation was.
The
Happy Meal let kids choose what they wanted to
eat, giving them a sense
of autonomy, and helped McDonald's brand itself as family - friendly fare.
By loudly owning her choices, Sandberg makes it a little safer for the rest
of us to declare that parents working late into the night is killer on families (Mashable points to research «that children are healthier,
happier and better performing students when they
eat with their families») and on personal productivity and health, making it a bit easier for those
of us with less lofty positions to take back our schedules and admit that we need to work saner hours.
Although I do believe that life is too short not to
eat a piece
of cake every once in a while, life is also too short to not be
happy with yourself... especially to the point that you won't have your picture taken with your newborn child.
Google says it's too hard to prove that the M&M experiment directly led to a svelter staff or whether employees felt
happier just because they were
eating less
of the calorie - packed snack.
My second «A-Ha» moment was how
happy I was with that satiated feeling
of eating a larger meal, still within my calories (with a few to spare), and including a «treat» I hadn't expected to be able to have.
She does not
eat turkey so why if it is made
of tofu would she be

PPLRWRD Considering that we waste about 30 %
of our over-supply
of food here in the USA due to just letting it rot, or throwing away the blemished parts that starving people would be
happy to have; and that we
eat so much that we actually have a problem burning off all the extra calories, would you call that sinful?
we are
happy here knowing our children grow up,
eating big buckets
of popcorn in the movies, drinking big sodas and believing a marriage should be between a man and a woman So What -.
They are fat and
happy here on earth as they
eat, drink, and make merry... then, like fat on the spits
of the lake
of fire, poof...
I for one am not
happy eating sprouts
of any kind, nor am I
happy paying for «organically grown» food (i.e., grown in manure rather than fertilizer) double what the same item costs in my neighborhood supermarket.
To me, going to McDonald's and ordering a
Happy Meal is kind
of brainwashing and dehumanizing... thinking about all the ingredients
of things you
eat, and how they're prepared, leads to increased engagement with the world and your own basic needs... a lot more analysis and critical thought, a lot less simple «acceptance»
of what's given.
And, look, try your best to
eat the offal that has been presented to you today in the spirit
of happy gratitude, because that is the loving thing to do.»
Hopefully it will make you all feel
happier and more comfortable with the concept
of healthy
eating and living.
Health and happiness come from within so
eat happy, healthy foods and always remember that how we feel and react is a choice and only we are the makers
of our own happiness.

California is beautiful, the weather is fantastic and I've met so many incredible people, all
of which has made for a pretty

I was diagnosed with chronic sistemic candidiasis and had constant symptoms like: headaches, fatigue, unable to concentrate, diarrhea, stomach bloating, anxiety, hair loss, vaginal itching and burning,... Went to several doctors that didn't help at all and finally met this wonderful naturopath who taught me a new way
of eating and 6 months later here I am with hardly any symptoms, full
of energy and
happy as ever!
