I suppose I am guilty
of this as well, refusing to believe the miracles that the bible says have
happened, but considering I have yet to see a true, bonafide miracle in my
life like the ones that
happened all the time in the bible, I think my skepticism is slightly more
healthy than your unwavering naive belief.

lives because they have been delivered from nagging fears and worries about illness and old age and much else that can be so dreadfully threatening to them.
This is obviously a personal choice and I'm sure some
of you may allow a little more leniency, but this is what I feel works for me and means that I'm still eating
healthy for the majority
of the week and therefore still feeling happy,
healthy and full on energy — as soon as I start eating less
healthy more often (which does
happen occasionally because, well,
life!)
