of my favorite ways to combine
healthy fall foods such as root vegetables is with hearty and power - packed
greens like kale in a huge, nutrient - dense kale
salad.
Kale is an all - around super
healthy dark leafy
green that will add a beautiful twist to the heavenly purple color, and you will eat a dose
of salad without tasting it.
I add back in the chicken along with either white wine or homemade dashi (which amps up the smokiness factor) and simmer for 20 — 30 minutes, then serve over white rice with a
healthy dollop
of thick yogurt, or alongside a good, crusty baguette and a
green salad.
While you're enjoying bitter, crunchy radishes with a
healthy glob
of butter, chop off those
greens and let them sing as a side
