Whenever healthcare professionals question the validity

high fat grass - fed red meats, abundant fowl, game, fish and eggs, no dairy, no grains, no legumes (this is the most commonly identified style
of a «paleo diet»), yet all three
of these people are eating «paleo».
As someone who has struggled with my weight my entire life, I also benefit from a
high fat, moderate protein,
low carb diet, so this is a great way for me to start off my day with the
high level
of satiety provided by a
fat - infused cup
of spicy tea.
My afternoon snack is normally 1.5 scoops Dymatize Whey Iso100 ** affiliate link ** (because
of high protein,
low carb and speedy digestion) with 10 almonds (healthy
fats).

of eating has been working wonders for me and I'm no longer scared
of carbs like I used to be a year ago.
I am pretty sure that any nutrition app would be screaming at me... being
