This was a driving factor in the creation
of the
Animal Shelter Foundation in 2007, and it
continues to save the lives
of hundreds
of homeless dogs and cats every year.
Thanks to you Hallmark Channel, and all
of our supporters who donated, we are
continuing to send our Mobile Rescue Units down to affected areas to provide support in any way its needed — whether it's bringing food, water, bedding, and other essentials to our shelter partners, providing manpower to assist in caring for
homeless animals in need, or transporting dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens back to New York to allow those shelters to make room for
animals displaced by the storm.
Animal League America's Port Washington, N.Y. campus may be more than 8,500 miles across the Atlantic Ocean from Thailand, but because
of our generous supporters who
