In a bowl
of a stand up mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine all the
butters with the
honey / coconut sugar and vanilla bean seeds and beat until well incorporated and fluffy.
A drizzle
of melted
butter and
honey gives these the characteristic Pom Bakery moist surface and makes the corn flavor positively sing out.
The mix
of coconut, almond
butter and avocado means the mousse is rich and creamy, while the raspberries add a subtle sharpness that the

It combines peanut
butter,
honey, oats and grains, but feel free to use any kind
of nut, grains, seeds or even dried fruit in the mixture — just stick to the quantities in the recipe, and you'll get a different kind
of energy bars each and every time.
Ingredients: 100 grams (1 cup) whole oats 25 grams (1/4 cup) toasted pumpkin seeds 25 grams (1/4 cup) toasted almonds, coarsely chopped 25 grams (1/4 cup) shredded coconut 50 grams dark chocolate, finely chopped (optional) Pinch
of salt 80 grams smooth peanut
butter 100 grams
of honey or date syrup 1/2 tsp.
Meanwhile... Make the crust: — Mix together almond and cashew meal (or whatever you have) with a mix
of honey and coconut oil (or you can just do one or the other or
butter — I like the mix because then it's sweet but not too sweet) until it is a sticky dough consistency — Press into the pie pan and chill until you're ready for it — Pour in the hot blueberry mixture — stir in some fresh blueberries for fun!
I did sub coconut oil for
butter, coconut oil is so easy to sub 1:1 and has so many good bits for you Also, I had no maple syrup on hand so just used the same amount in
honey although next time will use maple as I love the flavour
of maple in muffins and cakes.
She made beer biscuits with
honey butter and, though I don't remember the rest
of the meal, that memory has always fondly stuck with me as a snowy comfort food.

:D I can never really leave a recipe alone, so I added and changed up some things: 1 / 2c
honey -LCB- fresh from a hive upstate -RCB-, a handful
of oats, a couple dashes
of ground ginger, 1/2 as much
butter -LCB- unsalted -RCB-, with some walnut oil to compensate, and some extra burbon.
They're soft and chewy (even with my addition
of whole wheat) and even better spread with
