I don't mind too much though; cold evenings are perfect
for snuggling up with cozy blankets and mugs
of steaming
hot chocolate, and cold days are perfect
for baking....
Perfect
for dipping in a warm cup
of hot chocolate or sharing with the folks in the office, the snickerdoodle is a holiday staple.
What really resonated
for me from that presentation was the idea
of «bliss breaks»: brief moments during the day in which you do something just
for you, whether it's taking a walk in the autumn leaves or drinking some
hot chocolate.
The month
of December means we can all join together over our love
for baking treats, drinking
hot chocolate or tea, and finally having a valid excuse to live in sweatpants.

for a good (huge) cup

There is also a wide range

I started around 6 am and made a double batch
of curried split pea soup with veggies and ham, a classic banana bread, homemade
hot chocolate mix
for the cold week to come, oatmeal and carrot muffins, and a crunchy apple and pear crisp.
For some extra fancy schmancy, add the
hot chocolate powder or chopped dark
chocolate to the bottom
of your mug first, before pouring in the matcha mix and milk.
The pastie was freshly baked and divine, the salads were fresh, delicious and filling — no bland mix
of rocket here — and it was such a pleasure not to have to question the staff over whether the
hot chocolate was suitable
for coeliacs.
