Susan's memory for details of her childhood — and particularly for the lyrics
of hymns she sang many years ago — is remarkable.
But how different is that from a school that rings a bell ahead
of hymn singing in assembly, where pupils are obliged to wear caps or boaters, where the school charity is Christian Aid?

I am sure it would be a powerful motivation for many if they were to realise that
singing the texts
of the Mass would mean that there need be no further arguments about which
hymns should be chosen.

of the Lord's Supper, by confession
of faith in Jesus and prophetic pronouncements

of Jesus simply as «God» and those verses which appear to do so in English versions
