You don't want to piss these people off too bad.I have seen people dump cement down the toilets on a ranch slab and the floor had to be jack hammered up and a bunch of new pipe put in.
But as I sit here in my dream kitchen, and look at my fireplace that I designed myself (after they put one in that I hadn't dicussed with them and they had to jack hammer that one out), and my backyard that after 16 years of living in the same house is finally coming in as I had planned, you'll look back very soon and wonder what life was like when you didn't have drywall dust all over your clothes.
I moved the window and sink to the left wall, put in a bigger door that opens up to a short little deck and pebbled dining area, and moved the oven and refrigerator to the right wall (which I jack - hammered rotting plaster off of till the brick foundation came through).
