Since no one I know has ever actually seen North Dakota, I always wondered if it wasn't mythical, the geographical equivalent
of snipe or
jackalopes.
It's easy to dismiss taxidermy as a kitschy or morbid sideline, the realm

jackalopes or an anachronistic throwback to the dusty diorama.
