spice level ends up surprisingly mild.

I've read not to worry about
spices and he'd had many
of them anyhow, and I figured
jalapeno would be fine.
After the first time I made it, I wished it had a bit more
spice so I have added 1/2 fresh
jalapeno pepper (with the bell peppers) and about 1 extra tbsp
of chili powder to give it a bit more heat and it is perfect.
As written, this White Chicken Chili is relatively mild, but you can
spice it up by leaving the seeds in the
jalapenos and / or adding more
of them to the mix.
Anaheim peppers offer an alternative to grilled
jalapeno poppers for those looking for less
of a kick in the
