I have been on a chips and
salsa kick lately, and after finishing a
jar of store bought
salsa and looking at the ingredients list, I knew that homemade was going to be my only route from now on.

One suggestion I can make is to use homemade
salsa instead
of the stuff in a
jar.
I have played around with modifacations such as I add low - fat refried beans and often dump half or a whole
