job board black holes) will require the right keywords throughout every aspect
of your
search.
And if you think that the way to land a
job in the new world
of executive
search is to post your resume to lots
of job boards, think again.
Limit your online
job search activities to specialized online
job boards that focus on a particular occupation, industry,
job function, or type
of job seeker (i.e. CEO, Sales Executives, or MBAs).
When your stealth
job search is over, be sure to delete all the copies
of your resumes posted on
job boards.
Using
job boards is part
of the new world
of executive
job search, but only a very small part, and not one for you to invest much time in.
